Do you accept returns?

  • We offer exchanges(within 7 days) or in store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your item return it and we we will make it right.

How do I exchange a product?

  • We can't issue store credit or send out a new item until we receive the item you're sending back.  We request that you send the item back to us with tracking to ensure the item makes it back to us. The customer is responsible to handle the return shipping.

How long is shipping?

  • We offer 1-3 day priority shipping, however shipping does not include processing time which can take 10-14 days on original designs 
  • Items that are in stock ships 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! we offer ground shipping for all international orders 2-10 working days

    Do I have to register to an account to make a purchase?

    • Of course not, you can checkout simply without registering 

    Are there any benefits of registering an account?

    • Sure there is you can checkout easily and quickly without having to fill out any details, you can check your order history at anytime, also keep items in your shopping bag so that you don't have to add them again.

    Oh no the item I want is out of stock...will it restock?

    • Our pieces are designed to be exclusive and in limited quantities, we can't ensure that an item will be restocked so our advice is if you like it buy it.
